In Chennai, India, A man suffered from an injury on his left leg so he went ot the Gov't Hopital. After being admitted, he was then thrown out of the hospital. He continued to wait, since he was still bleeding. When they finally took him in again, it was to the mortuary, because he was already dead. The Hospital was the Government General Hospital, the biggest one in the state.
